3 very ripe bananas mashed
1 half cup unsalted butter melted
3 quarters cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 and 1 half cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 half teaspoon salt
Optional 1 half cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan. Line with parchment paper.
