  • 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat steaks dry and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  2. Preheat skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook steaks 4–5 minutes per side. Let rest under foil for 5 minutes.
  3. Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in skillet with butter for 2–3 minutes per side.
  4. For sauce, melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in parsley.
  5. Plate steak and shrimp, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve.
