2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt

1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
Pat steaks dry and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
Preheat skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook steaks 4–5 minutes per side. Let rest under foil for 5 minutes.
Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in skillet with butter for 2–3 minutes per side.
For sauce, melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in parsley.
Plate steak and shrimp, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve.
