· 1 pound (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
· 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
· 2 tablespoons olive oil
· 4 cloves garlic, minced
· ¾ cup (75 g) grated parmesan cheese
· ½ cup (30 g) breadcrumbs
· 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
· ½ teaspoon paprika
· ½ teaspoon salt
· ¼ teaspoon black pepper
· 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
· Lemon wedges, for serving
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Pat shrimp dry and arrange them in a single layer in the dish.
3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
4. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and toss gently to coat.
5. Combine parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, then sprinkle evenly over the shrimp.
