3 cups cooked chicken breast diced
3 cups cooked rotini pasta
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Cook pasta according to package instructions until tender.
Drain and rinse pasta with cool water, then allow it to cool completely.
