A rich and comforting baked shrimp dish inspired by classic scampi flavors, finished with a cheesy golden topping and perfect for sharing.

2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1.      Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2.      Arrange shrimp evenly in the dish.

3.      Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, seasonings, salt, and pepper.

4.      Pour mixture over shrimp and toss gently.

5.      Add heavy cream evenly over the shrimp.

6.      Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

7.      Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese layer.

8.      Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

9.      Rest for 5 minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
